Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PsychicsLove.org ("Platform", "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our services.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You must not be banned or previously removed from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.

3. Nature of Services

PsychicsLove provides a technology platform that connects clients with independent psychic advisors ("Readers"). Our services are provided strictly for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes only.

Readings do not constitute and should not be used as a substitute for:

• Medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice or treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial, investment, or business advice
• Any form of professional counselling

PsychicsLove does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any reading, prediction, or advice given by our Readers. You use the service and act on any guidance entirely at your own risk.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent bans.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments, Credits & Wallet

Purchasing Credits

Sessions are paid for using credits purchased through PayPal. Credits are deducted from your wallet in real time during a session, at the Reader's stated rate per minute. All purchases are in the currency displayed at checkout.

Billing

Billing begins when a Reader accepts your chat request. Billing pauses if you add funds during a session and resumes once your payment is confirmed. Billing stops when the session ends.

No Expiry

Unused credits in your wallet do not expire, provided your account remains active and in good standing.

No Cash Withdrawals for Customers

Credits purchased by customers cannot be withdrawn as cash. They can only be used to pay for reading sessions on the Platform. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Reader Terms

Readers on PsychicsLove are independent contractors, not employees of PsychicsLove. By becoming a Reader on the Platform:

• You agree to provide honest, compassionate, and good-faith readings.
• You agree to abide by the Reader Rules.
• You acknowledge that the Platform retains a commission percentage from each session, as disclosed in your Reader Dashboard.
• You are solely responsible for your own taxes and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Payouts are processed to your registered PayPal email. PsychicsLove is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect PayPal email addresses.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users or Readers.
• Solicit personal contact information from Readers outside the Platform.
• Attempt to conduct sessions or payments outside of the Platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment information.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
• Engage in chargebacks except in cases of genuine fraud.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PsychicsLove, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of PsychicsLove or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSYCHICSLOVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PSYCHICSLOVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON READINGS.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PsychicsLove in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
