Refund Policy

We want you to have a positive experience. Here's exactly how refunds work at PsychicsLove.

Overview

PsychicsLove offers real-time psychic reading sessions that are delivered immediately upon a Reader accepting your request. Because sessions are consumed as they occur, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and readers while protecting against misuse.

We review every refund request individually and with care. If you have had a genuinely poor experience due to a technical problem or Reader misconduct, we want to make it right.

What We Can and Cannot Refund

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Technical failure that prevented a session from starting (e.g. Reader accepted but chat never connected)
  • Billing error — you were charged more than the Reader's displayed rate
  • Duplicate payment processed due to a platform error
  • Reader was abusive, harassing, or behaved in violation of our Reader Rules
  • Session ended abruptly due to a verified platform outage or server error
  • Unauthorised transaction on your account (report immediately)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with a reading (predictions are not guaranteed)
  • You disconnected or ended the session yourself
  • You changed your mind after a session began
  • You did not understand the per-minute billing model
  • Free minutes were used (free minutes have no cash value)
  • Unused credits in your wallet (credits do not expire)
  • Duplicate purchase made intentionally

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp at +44 74567 222249 with the following information:

We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, credits will be returned to your wallet or, at our discretion, refunded to your original PayPal account within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. If you experience an issue, please contact us directly — we resolve the vast majority of billing concerns within 24 hours and are happy to work with you.

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned and the amounts will be pursued through available legal channels.

Free Minutes

New clients may receive free introductory minutes with their first session with each Reader. Free minutes have no monetary value, cannot be refunded as cash, and are non-transferable. They are granted as a one-time courtesy per Reader, not per account.
