All approved Readers on PsychicsLove are required to understand and abide by these rules. They exist to protect our clients, our community, and your reputation.
PsychicsLove is built on trust. Our clients come to us in moments of vulnerability, seeking genuine guidance and compassion. As a Reader, you represent the heart of our platform. We hold you to high standards — not to restrict you, but because your integrity is what makes this platform valuable for everyone.
These rules apply to all Readers at all times while using the Platform, regardless of experience level or earnings.
Provide genuine readings based on your actual skills and insights. Never fabricate, embellish, or invent information to please a client or extend a session.
Treat every client with dignity, empathy, and professionalism. There are no exceptions. Harassment, rudeness, or dismissive behaviour will result in immediate removal.
You must never use fear, threats, curses, or urgency as a manipulation tactic to extract money or extended sessions from clients. This is a zero-tolerance violation.
Do not solicit or accept personal contact information (phone, email, social media) from clients. All communication must remain within the PsychicsLove platform.
Only set yourself as "Online" when you are genuinely available to accept chat requests. Repeatedly ignoring requests while showing as Online is a violation.
Your bio, skills, and profile photo must accurately represent you. Do not misrepresent your abilities, experience, or identity in any way.
Each Reader may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or earn free minutes is strictly prohibited.
All readings must remain professional and within appropriate content guidelines. Sexual content, explicit material, or illegal advice is strictly prohibited.
We take violations seriously. The following outlines our enforcement approach:

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any Reader at our sole discretion if we determine their conduct to be harmful, misleading, or damaging to the reputation of the Platform or its users.
Your per-minute rate and commission split are displayed in your Reader Dashboard. The Platform retains a commission percentage from each session to cover infrastructure, support, and marketing. The remainder is credited to your Reader earnings balance.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our admin team. Payouts are sent to your registered PayPal email. Processing times are typically 2–5 business days after approval.
Attempting to manipulate session billing, extend sessions artificially, or otherwise defraud clients or the Platform is a zero-tolerance violation resulting in permanent removal and potential legal action.
