How do I get a refund? +
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue during a session, or feel your reading was unsatisfactory due to a verifiable problem with our platform, please contact us on WhatsApp with your account email and session details. My credits haven't appeared after payment — what do I do? +
Please wait up to 5 minutes as PayPal processing can occasionally vary. If credits still haven't appeared, message us on WhatsApp with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly — usually within 1 hour.
Can I change my reader mid-session? +
Yes. You can end your current session at any time using the "End Session" button in the chat window. Your remaining balance stays in your wallet and you can immediately start a new session with a different reader.
Is my chat conversation private? +
Yes. All sessions on PsychicsLove are fully private and encrypted. We do not share, sell, or disclose your conversations to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I apply to become a reader? +
Visit our Reader Application page and complete the form. We review all applications within 3–5 business days. You'll be notified by email of the outcome. Please ensure your application is complete and ID documentation is clear.
How long does a payout take for readers? +
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, payouts are sent to your registered PayPal email. Funds typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on PayPal processing in your region.
